We have page statuses enabled in our Confluence Cloud environment. I was looking to see if there is a macro out there that pulls pages with the page status?
I have specific confluence pages spread amongst numerous confluence spaces, that have project notes to share amongst my team and manager. In each project page, there are labels within the page (noting it is a project) and the page status set on the page.
I'd like to see:
It would be a great way to get a bird-eye view to sum up all projects and statuses. I tried looking around and nothing I found has the element to pull in the page status.
Any ideas or suggestions are appreciated! Thank you.
Alternatively, you can use the (more flexible) Confluence page status feature of Better Content Archiving and the content status list macro it comes with.
You can create sections for a space and list all pages with their status or filter for pages with certain statuses:

Hi @Miriam Hopton ,
Thank you for the question! Unfortunately, there’s no way to get the required functionality out of the box. To see the page status of your Confluence Cloud pages, you’ll need to look through them one by one.
If you’re thinking of a workaround, we can suggest a solution for your use case with our Handy Macros for Confluence app.
You can mark the page status and avoid confusion with our Handy Status macro. You can create a custom set of options to indicate the status of your Confluence pages that will correlate with your workflow. The number of various status sets is unlimited.
You can add Handy Status to the top of the page to notify readers about the information’s relevance. After that, you’ll be able to:
1. pick a new page status from the predefined status set from a dropdown in the page view mode without additional editing
2. track the status updates in the Status History tab to see who and when changed the page status and instantly realize the workflow bottlenecks
3. locate all the pages in a particular page status with the help of our status synchronization with labels
4. instantly get the page status reporting for the project pages with the help of the Page Properties Report macro
Please, see the example below.
We have a blog post covering this and other Confluence tips and tricks with statuses. Perhaps it can be useful for you as well. You can try the Handy Macros for Confluence app on the Atlassian Marketplace for free to see if it works for you. Our support is always happy to assist with any concerns.
Have a good day!
Kind regards,
Anastasia

Hello @Miriam Hopton ,
Long Time No See! I’m thrilled to announce that our team has now elevated the bundle of our Handy Macros for Confluence app, namely Handy Page Status added, which allows you to:
Moreover, based on the Handy Page Status data, a Handy Page Status Report can be combined based on:
Additionally, it has access restrictions that align with the user Confluence page permissions, so, for example, only users with Confluence page editing permissions should be able to set, change, and remove Handy Page Status.
We’re about to upgrade this macro even further, which can also add to the experience with the app.
Have a lovely day!
Kind regards,
Anastasia

The native Confluence content status can be used in our app Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud.
In order to make reports on the content status, you can use the content status in the page properties and the page properties report macro.

Unfortunately out of the box you can't really do anything to find out which these pages are. You could use CQL to get some results, but then again unfortunately there isn't a "status" to work with.
