Macro to list all users in the confluence internal directory

I'm new to Admin Jira and Confluence. I'm looking for a macro that will only list user accounts in the confluence that show directory as Confluence internal Directory. Most of our users show as Jira Server but a hand full show as Confluence internal directory, but It would take to long to click on each user to see what they are listed as. We are having a licensing after migrating from cloud to server.  The confluence US shows a difference of 21 licenses compared to the list pulled directory for the Database.

nope. I ended up having to pull from the DB directly.
