Mail servers configuration

Dear Support Team,

I need help in mail configuration.

In my configuration I put:

From address ${email}

From Name ${fullname}

and server configuration.

Security settings : User email visibility: public

Tried to send test email.

Got message "Your test message has been sent successfully.

The recepient got message - Subject was correct. The body also correct.

But in email header FROM - Instead email address was: ${email}

Please advice.

Hi Alex,

You can only specify an email address for the From address field (e.g. jira@example-company.com). JIRA will use this value to construct the full 'from' header based on the current user ("Joe Bloggs (JIRA) <jira@example-company.com>").

To change the 'from' header, go to Administration > System > General Configuration and (under Settings), edit the Email from field.

I use Confluence version 5.3

I have attached screen with my General Configuration
