Making confluence 3.3.3 mobile friendly

I am right now trying to make a Confluence 3.3.3 site more touch friendly but it seems like setting a theme will not get me in the right direction. Does anybody know of any CSS that I can use or better method to make such a site touch friendly? Thanks.

You already tried the RefinedWiki Mobile Interface?

Thanks. But is there a free solution I can use? I wasn't given a budget for this change.
