Making featured template populate as an option within new knowledge article

Afternoon.  I am not the original Confluence admin for my company's knowledge project so forgive my ignorance.  I have a block of available templates at the bottom of a newly created page within my company's knowledge space that I am trying to feature a newly created template in.  I have created a new user template for software installation and do not know how to make this new custom template an option within the templates available within this block.  The Template is published as a Blueprint and I can select it if I drill down through all templates.

You can add your new template in the bottom board by promoting your template.

Thank you for the response.  On my create templates page it shows as already promoted.
