Manage Add Ons for a Specific Page in Confluence

I have been trying to add an add on Integration to a Specific Page in Confluence. The Manage Add Ons I find is for the entire Confluence Group. Is there a way, I can add it to a specific page and it's child pages?

If you’re running on Server then Addons aware global in nature. They have complete access to the java api and can pretty much do anything. 

Now or if you’re on Cloud they operate using an addon specific user (unless they use the acting on behalf of user grant). This means that if you restrict that user - the addon is automatically restricted
