I recently receive an email that a team was deleted, May I know the reason?

Hi and Welcome,. 

when an admin deletes an team, team members and the org admin will receive an email. 

The reason you can contact your admin. Atlassian dont know why someone delete an team. 

Could be an mistake . Within 30 days it can be reactivated.
