Hello, I've followed the instructions to create a meeting notes blueprint at the link below but the resulting page does not create an Index page, table of meeting notes or include the Create meeting note button, all of which appear in the example shown here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/meeting-notes-blueprint-937893665.html
All that happens is that a new meetings page is created so what am I doing wrong?
