Meeting Notes Template Not Allowed in Confluence

Hello,
I am admin in Confluence and I am registered in several areas. In 2 areas I am not able to create meeting notes. I get a message "The function is not allowed". I went through all permissions. I don't know it what is the problem. Last time, in March 2023 I could create meeting notes everywhere, now in 2 areas I can't.
Where else can i check???

@Craig Nodwell Promoting the Blueprints/Templates option moves it to the top of the Template list, but it does not affect permissions to use that template. I'm running into a similar problem where even myself as an Administrator am blocked from using the Meeting Notes Template on one particular Space.

Hi @Magdalena Zagrodnick welcome to the community.  Space Settings, Content Tools, Blueprints/Templates -> make sure it has been promoted.
