Merging Cells while creating template

Hi,

I've just started using Confluence and im trying to create a template now.. The problem is i cant find out how to Merge cells with wiki markup?

I want to create a table with 1 collumn with the header and 2 rows with 2 columns under that..

So instead of:

||Header|| |
| | |

I watn it to be:

|| Header ||
| | |

Any ideas?

No answer to this? Isn't it possible to merge cells within the global template?
