Message to Group possible ?

Hi everyone,

We´ve got a space that is restricted to a group of about 15 People.

Now i know i can send a direct message insice of Confluence to a specific Person using

@Specific Person

But its not comfortable, to do this typing in all the 15 names , when i have to inform all membes of one Group. 

I Tried to inform this group using

@group

 but this doesnt seem to work. 

So !  is it possible ?   If not , why ?  Is there a Workaround ?  ore an extension maybe ?

Your requirement is a pretty common one, i.e. ability to "mention" group instead of just users. Currently it's an open request and tracked here

If you want to make an announcement to a confluence group, you can create a page including your message and share it with related group.
