Is it possible to write a message via confluence directly to a user?

I know that its possible to mark ppl, share things or leaving comments. But is it possible to write a simple message?

And if you dont want to use chat and you are admin, you can send it via admin console from email section :)

Hi Lars,

Confluence does not have a communication tool within by default. However there's a third-party plugin that allows private communication among users in confluence.
