Hi there, I try to do a pilot installation for using Confluence in our enterprise, since we are a pure MSFT shop I was a bit surprised to see that the example to host it with SQL Server is using sql login, is it possible to use integrated security ? Opening the servers for sql login is not really a great option, apart of that I couldn't get it running so far with sql login (Error 18456, Login based server access validation failed with an infrastructure error). The docu seems to be a bit outdated, since the example is always referring to port 1433, however in my case the sql server is listening on port 1434. So if it would be possible to use integrated security this very likely would reduce the pain level here significantly.
Hi team,
I could locate this answer that a customer was able to set a datasource connection:
https://answers.atlassian.com/questions/58241/setting-up-integratedsecurity-in-dbconfig-xml
I hope this helps!
Cheers,
Rodrigo
