Hello all,

I have a mind boggling issue and want to see if anyone can help with this.

We have an implementation using MS 2012 web application proxy and ADFS for user to access confluence from outside of our network. The WAP and ADFS are configured and work fine for other services (sharepoint). We just stood up confluence 6.13 and enabled Kantega for SSO and ADFS for IDP. We configured our WAP and ADFS and publish the site but after user authenticate with the WAP they just get a http 500 error. internally our user can access the site directly without WAP so we know confluence is working. we are having a hard time trying to find the right logs on confluence to diagnose. We do have paid support but emailing response has not help at all. thank you in advance if you can shed some light for troubleshooting this issue.

Hi @tedy bearz .

The common log files to investigate here are found in <CONFLUENCE_HOME>\logs\.

I would start to investigate the 500 error in the atlassian-confluence.log file.

We at Kantega SSO are happy to help you out here and we can arrange a video-meeting to trouble shoot this together over shared screens. Please book a meeting with us here: https://kantega-sso.com/support/
