Migrate JIRA and jira issuelink in Confluence

I want to know if I do Application link to jira and I change the original "A Jira" to " B Jira", then how can I quickly bulk change of all the JIRA issue links on the confluence to the new page I want to link to?
And if my confluence page have hyperlink(example http://google.com) How can I quickly bulk change to another link (example http://yahoo.com\).

I mean Jira issue link include confluence macro(example Jira Issue/Filter) or Jira issue link(example mentioned in)

Help!
