Migration of Data entries in Confiforms Server to Cloud

Hi 

We are moving several instances from server to cloud and I was wondering if there is a way to migrate form entries in the server environment, since a lot of forms were used on the server environment.

ConfiForms has an automated process built into the CCMA that helps with this initiative
