Missing Admin Options

New to Confluence. I did not build the site but have Admin rights. I have the "Space Tools" cog icon in the bottom left and when I click on it the options I have are Overview, Permissions, Forms for Confluence, Content Tools, Look and Feel, Integrations, Document Management, Viewtracker, Tasks, Reorder Pages, and Configure Sidebar. 

What I need is Admin and General Configuration. I want to explore increasing file size capability and adding Share buttons to some more pages. Why am I missing the Admin option and how can I resolve?
