Missing Warning icon file from confluence page

Dear all,

When we start how confluence app, we notice from the log file that we get a FileIOEx eption on a missing file warning.png at location :

/opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/images/icons/macrobrowser/dropdown

Users seems not complaning about this because otherwise they would get an error page but I was wondering why this icon is missing since it seems to be part of confluence itself

What should I do, ignore the error or copy the file from an old installation version ?
