We're in the process of upgrading Confluence from 3.5.16 to 5.3.4. In the process, we have upgraded Balsamiq mockups from 2.2.10 to 2.2.25.
When I view pages that contain mockups (on my Mac, using Chrome) I see a big smiling Balsamiq logo in the place where I should see my mockup. A colleague, Chrome on a PC, sees nothing - no logo, no error, no mockup. When either of us edit pages that include mockups, the mockups magically appear. However, when we try to edit the mockup, the mockup is not visible in the mockup editor.
I am able to create new mockups which display just fine in all views.
What did I do wrong during the upgrade process? Our upgrade path is 3.5.16 -> 5.0.3 -> 5.3.4. I don't believe I upgraded Balsamiq to 2.2.25 until after we had moved up to 5.3.4, but I'm not entirely sure. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but there was no change. All of this is occurring on a test server.
Thanks for your help!
Teresa
I have solved my issue. I rolled back my Confluence upgrade to 5.0.3 with all my plugins turned off. I didn't upgrade Balsamiq mockups past 2.2.10. Then I upgrade to 5.3.4, then upgraded Balsamiq to 2.2.25 and re-enabled the plugin. Everything works as it should.
