Monthly (or weekly) project report outs - Email managers and stakeholders?

So our group requires monthly emails out of each project. All the usual stuff like status, issues, milestones, risks, etc.

is there a way to macro or create a "send to email" 1-click to prepare an outlook draft for sending to a wider audience?

I've started making this into a template and summarizing elsewhere in Confluence using Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros, but what about then setting up a 1-click button to draft an outlook email? Is the only option to just copy/paste into an email?

the problem is there are often stakeholders that do not have access to our internal confluence page and all sorts of managers and PM's in other groups that would want to take a look. I am not an admin and can't easily add ReadOnly access.

No way to just click a "send to email" button?
