More Macros Button Not Working

Could anyone let me know how to get the 'More Macros' button to work in Confluence.

We had to remove all plugins a couple of weeks ago as one of them was making our server based Confluence keep crashing. Since we've restarted it and added the 'normal' add ons the 'More Macros' button still isn't working.

Any ideas? Thanks
