Hi, I downloaded "Mosaic: Content Formatting Macros & Templates for Confluence" for free during 30 days. I created an article with this app but when I share it publicly my clients can't visualise it correctly. Is it because it's a free trial ?
Hi Brice,
My name is Lee, and I'm an engineer on the Mosaic team.
As Marc mentioned, Atlassian does not allow third-party macros to render on public links, which will be why you see an error with our macros.
You can find a list of the macros that Atlassian does allow to render on public links here
As an alternative, I suggest moving any pages you want to share with your clients to a space with anonymous access enabled. This will allow you to share those pages with your clients, and they will be able to view all macros.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
Many thanks and kind regards,
Lee
The app most likely does not work because it is built on Forge, Atlassians new addon framework.
This framework does not work on public sites, and apps using it will break.
