Moving confluence to OnDemand

How do I go about migrating a local confluence 3.5 install to OnDemand since I cannot currently download 4.3 to upgrade my local copy?

In this case, you will need to upgrade your Confluence instance (can be done separately from your production instance, and upgrade like a test environment) to version 4.3.x.
