Hello,

I am doing POC work for Confluence. I wanted to know the options to secure the sensitive data.

Scenario:
I have sensitive data shared with a limited audience.

  • 3 users will be editing the data
  • 10 users will be viewing the data

Expectations:

Only users with edit access should be able to edit data

other users should be restricted to print/edit/export etc

Hey H Patel,

You likely can do this with the Confluence page restrictions.

For compliance and security sake, if necessary, to ensure all pages within a space are applied with the same restrictions at all times. You could explore ScriptRunner where there are built-in listeners to automatically apply it to all newly created pages/etc.

Hope that helps.
