Maybe our App Easy Confluence Translator (ECT) could be a solution for your requirement. It is possible to machine translate (Google or Deepl) any Confluence page to your desired language. It is then possible to manually correct individual text passages that are not perfectly translated.
I think my team's app, Scroll Translations, is what you're looking for. With it, you can choose the languages people can read in, translate the content in Confluence, or export it to be translated by a third-party or in an external translation management system.
