Multimedia Macro provided by which system plugin in Confluence ?

In Confluence 5.6.6 multimedia macro only plays a video till approx 3 minutes even when the file attached is fine.

{I have copied file from attachment directory in File Server and it a video file for approx 50 minutes}.

I can play video fine when I bypass the apache by creating a ssh tunnel and access page with the video.

Where should I tweak the setting in apache to make it work with apache in place without creating a tunnel.
