Hi everyone
I have multiple pages in a project called Meeting. In the subpages XXX and YYY, I want a pre-filled meeting notes template that automatically includes all actions or special fields where XXX and YYY are mentioned across all Confluence pages I have access to.
How can I achieve this? What preconditions should the other pages have to quickly identify XXX and YYY and facilitate the automatic updating of content?
Additionally, I want to be able to use all types of elements (tables, quotes, layouts, incident info, notes panels) while keeping everything identifiable in a dynamic table.
I need all relevant content from different pages and subpages to be dynamically displayed on one single page.
In short, I have many meetings with various external providers, internal stakeholders, and regional zones (AMR, EME, etc.). Ideally, I’d like a dynamic table with filters, so that when I enter a meeting, I can filter by provider and immediately see all meeting notes, actions, and deadlines.
Additionally, I should be able to share this filtered view as a meeting summary or take a screenshot for reporting.
Thanks for your help! 🚀

The closest thing to what you are asking for would be the excerpt macro or possibly the page properties macro. Have you tried those to see if you can get your idea to work?
