My company uses Office 365 products Teams and SharePoint Online and wants to move to Confluence. We use Sharepoint in business and enterprise very heavily. Major functionality is lists for tracking the work, requests and use this data to create the reports. Library for knowledge repository and approval workflows. Pages with many customizations and calendars.
question. Is there anything that Confluence can’t support what Teams and Sharepoint online does
First off: Yay! This is a fantastic decision. Get ready to through away the silos that SharePoint and Teams create and get everyone sharing information.
To replace how you're using lists, you may want to use Jira. It's but for maintaining projects and working tickets through workflows.
The content in Library will be replaced by Confluence for sure.
To replace teams, you really should consider Slack. The chat part of Teams isn't replicated anywhere else, and the integration with Confluence is pretty solid.
This may be helpful, it's a webinar by ALM Works where I share some tips for boosting Confluence adoption throughout your organization.
