If you go to the login page you should see a link to reset your password

While trying to log in my confluence page this what I get.

No link visible.

You will need to visit the associated Jira and reset password from there (have a look in the "hamburger" menu at the very top left - that's usually a list of other systems you might use alongside Confluence

It's a server environment (you used the tag cloud) and this is different. 

If you are not an admin, contact the admin of the environment.

If you are the admin you can follow these instructions
