My team is not able to find my account in confluence to grant access to projects

My confluence space owner is not able to find my account for granting access to our confluence.

If you have access to other Confluence spaces, confirm that your permissions are set correctly. Sometimes, access issues can stem from broader permission settings.

When not let check your IT-support that you have gernerally product access to confluence or the product admin invite you via your emailadress.
