Need to disable download option for others except our team

Hi Team,

we created a new space in confluence where we uploaded the multiple word document files.

we want those policy documents only viewable to others instead of download and they should not download those documents except our team.

is there a way to do that?

each policy will have a end date and we want email triggers before 30 days from expiry which is uploaded in confluence space

Yes, there is a way to restrict users from downloading files in Confluence. You can apply restrictions to the space and the page where the files are uploaded, and also restrict viewing and editing permissions to certain users or groups. This will allow others to view the documents, but they will not be able to download them. In addition, you can set up email notifications for the expiration dates of each policy by using a Confluence add-on such as Comala Document Management.
