No Pagetree Macro Documentation for 4.3

I'm using the Pagetree Macro in Confluence and need to read the docs for it. When I click on the Documentation link it goes here:

This says

"Page Not Found

The page you were trying to reach could not be found: it may have been renamed or moved to another space, or the name you requested may be incomplete."

So the link from the macro itself isn't working, and a manual search doesn't find it.

Can anyone tell me where these docs have moved to and/or, how I link to another space from this macro?

I'm using download 4.3.7.

It shows me that I can't use it to extract the page tree from another space. Which is a pity, but at least I know now.
