No access to existing Installation

I am running Confluence since years on my local server. It works fine since today. The Browser shows the following page:

So I am not able to logon to enter my new license key. Any Idea what's going on:

Sorry for the late answer, but I was busy the last few days. I cannot find this file anywhere!

I haven't done any changes over the last few month.

I have 7.2.0 installed.

Check the dbconfig.xml file if it has the old database connection params

Any changes were made to confluence on machine where it is installed ?, this seems like it is starting as new installer.

Can you check in confluence home directory if the dbconfig.xml is intact ?

What version of confluence is this ?
