No "pencil" icon in Confluence Macro edit.

Hi i try to edit "Change History" macro in Confluence, but there is no "pencil" icon. I have full Confluence admin rights. Does anybody know how to edit "Change History" macro?

This is the behaviour of this macro, there can't be adjustments made to this.

This macro is to show information on the following:

updates made to a page
version number
author
date
comment
