Not able to access the confluence sandbox site

The sandbox instance that was created is not appearing in the product list on admin.atlassian.com.

Hi @ssam

Only organization admins can see and manage all sites/sandboxes in an org.

  • Go to admin.atlassian.com.

  • Click your site name.

  • Under Products, go to the “Sandboxes” tab.

  • Check whether it's created or not?

It was created in March and now site URL is not accessible and throwing 401 error. @sanam malleswari

Hello @ssam 

Do you see the Sandbox option within Products, it needs to be shown there. If this doesn't work, start in incognito mode and try again.

Earlier am able to access. now it is not listed under the sandbox list and site URL is not accessible.
