Not able to create spaces.

Hello,

 I am not able to create space, I can create pages, whiteboards and blogposts. How to get that access. If it is with admin rights, how to explain it to IT tech.

Only Confluence Admin can create a new space in Confluence.Ask your Atlassian admin to create a confluence space for you along with purpose of the space.

@Hema Rayalla DISH You can ask IT to add you to the group specified in the global Confluence settings that has permissions to create spaces.
