Not able to import a site backup (Import a Confluence site

Hi,

My original cloud wiki got deactivated due to inactivity, which I now needed to access again. Luckily, I created a backup. I'm trying to import the backup but am running into issues. Here are the details:

1. I created a backup on 2022-01-06. The file has following files and was exported as zip. It contains `attachments`, `entities.xml`, `exportDescriptor.properties` and `plugin-data`.

2. Login to confluence page, top left corner go to `Administration`.

3. Click on the cloud wiki entry and then `Confluence settings`.

4. Then click on `Import Site`. It brings me to a page with title "Import a Confluence site". On the same page I click the button under "Import your site backup". 

5. Then clicked on `Import` and selected the whole `.zip` folder.

6. After completing the import I can see "File uploaded successfully. Click the button below to proceed with Site Import." Then I can click on Import again and the process fails at 17% with the error "There was an error during import. Please see below for more information.". 

7. Below it gives me a generic error message which doesn't help at all: "Exception occurred during import: Error importing site"

Hi @Amrinder Singh

This looks more like a bug than a user error. I would suggest to get in touch with Atlassian support. They might be able to access a more detailed error message on their end.
