Not able to see the new Template Designs?

I see I can try the new editing experience, but I really want to create a new template or use 1 of the 4 new templates you have advertised as being refreshed. Ideally, I would be able to edit those to what I need.

Can you direct me on how I can do so? I'm having a hard time discovering it on my end unless it hasn't been pushed to everyone.
