is there a possibility in Confluence wiki to receive a notification if a search term was found in a page to which you have no access? The space name and a person to talk to for example.

but with the way mentioned you still need somebody sharing knowledge with you. For me, it's more about finding knowledge by yourself and contacting the pages admin if no access is given.
Is this maybe possible with a tool or is it totally impossible with the Confluence system?

It's rightly impossible, without code.
If a page is restricted from view, there's usually a good reason. If you could search hidden pages, you could extract potentially sensitive information from them surprisingly easily (this is effectively how the allies won the second world war - by searching Enigma encoded pages for things they suspected were in them, despite not being able to see them)
