Notifying watchers of linked pages

I want to link one or more Confluence pages ( not parent-child)

And notify the watchers of the linked page as well when a page is updated.

What is the best method to achieve this?

Is it possible to do it with labels?

Subhashini,

To notify anyone in confluence on anything, you need to @mention them on the particular page, however, for subsequent notifications, you'll need to make use of the commenting section otherwise they won't be notified.
