Numbered Headings published a new version of this page - why is this occurring?

This message has just been appearing upon loading Confluence pages this morning, and it appears to be inserting numbered headings where there previously were none. Is there a known reason for this behaviour?

@Stephen.Philip there are a few different numbered headings apps on the Atlassian Marketplace, step one is to determine which one. Your best bet is to contact your company's Confluence administrator.

Numbered headings is not a built in Confluence feature as @Alex Ortiz noted it is a done by a third party app.

I believe Numbered Headings is a plugin that you may have in Confluence.

I would reach out to the vendor specifically and see if they can offer any insight.
