I'm intending to upgrade our Confluence 5.4.1 install to 5.6.3. When I run the plugin compatibility check, it says that the Office Connector plugin is not compatible.
IIRC, this is an Atlassian supplied plugin...seems like it should always be compatible with the released version?
Can somebody please confirm? Thanks.
Hi @Septa Cahyadiputra [Atlassian],
Where can I find the jar files for Office Connector Plugin ?
Hey there,
Yes, as Septa Cahyadiputra just answered, this plugin is working with the latest version as well, so you do not need to worry.
I have just requested an update on the marketplace for this plugin, so that the information will validate what we're saying here.
Please, let us know if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Eduardo Mallmann

Hi there,
Sorry for the confusion. You are indeed correct, Office Connector plugin is a bundled plugin and will always be compatible when you upgrade your Confluence as it will use the bundled plugin that comes with your new version. The compatibility checker check your current version and see whether it is compatible with the current release based on Marketplace data.
Please not to worry, when you upgrade your instance, it should be loaded with the latest office connector version that comes with the bundled plugins from the new version.
Hope it clarifies.
Cheers,
Septa Cahyadiputra
