Omniture javascript in announcement banner produces an error on configure board page

Hi, I'm creating a new confluence page, but when I view the finished product, the top of the screen has website information and the formatting is off, and the Atlassian banner (in gray) is 2/3 of the way down the page, going right through some sections I created.  I've checked in IE and Chrome, and it happens for both browsers.

Are you using Announcement Banner for Confluence ?

Joel, could you clarify some points for us:

1. Is there any kind of custom HTML set under Cog Icon > General Configuration > Custom HTML?
2. Has this worked at some point in the past?
3. Was any kind of change applied to your instance?
4. Does this happen with already existing pages?
5. Does this happen on pages with plain text as content?

The behaviour present in the screenshots provided most likely stem from some kind of Confluence customisation. This could be caused by custom HTML or themes, for example.
