OnDemand Activity Stream gadget rendering an error

This started appearing the week of 12/3/2012

Error rendering macro 'gadget' : The gadget at https://[xxx].atlassian.net/rest/gadgets/1.0/g/com.atlassian.streams.streams-jira-plugin:activitystream-gadget/gadgets/activitystream-gadget.xml was not added to this Confluence instance yet.

It has had no issue until this week. The same error renders when I edit the widget

To better identify what can be happening with your instance we will need to take a look at your log files, so in this case I would suggest you to raise a support ticket at our support.atlassian.com, also please attach your support zip to the ticket to help in the investigation.
