Ondemand sysadmin

I need to change permissions since I took my own permissions and Im the administrator, to a space but since is an ondemand I have no sysadmin level, what can I do?

You won't be able to remove your administrative permissions if you are the only administrator on the system (other than the sysadmin). Same thing for spaces. There are checks in place to avoid removing administrators of a space and leaving it without administrators. If you are an administrator and don't have permissions for a specific space, you should find the administrator of that space to correct the situation.

Fortunatelly I have set another user as an administrator, but if your user has no permissions and you are the ONLY administrator you could be lock out, the sysadmin role in ondemand is atlassian so yes you need to be sysadmin if you are the administrator but have no permissions for a specific space

Changing space permissions doesn't need sysadmin role. Space admins or Confluence Administrators can do that.
