Only prints one page in IE under Windows 7

We are running Confluence 4.1.3

With Internet Explorer 9 running under Windows 7 we can only print the first page of any Confluence topic. The Print preview only offers one page and that is all that prints.

We don't have this problem:

* Using Firefox

* Using IE 8 under Windows XP

* Using IE 9 under Win 7 when trying to print something outside Confluence

To workaround this problem, you can follow these steps:

1. Export the page to PDF (Tools -> Export to PDF)
2. Open the PDF file
3. Print that

This is a known bug, and has been raised as https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONF-23962
