Hi, I just noticed that my original site: thelankankid.atlassian.net has been removed without any notification. The site was under a Free Cloud plan. Could the contents be restored, please? I’ve managed to a create a new site, but the contents of my original site was valuable and I’m hoping I could restore/migrate them over.

Thanks in advance!

Hi @Sheshan R

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

I have checked our system and looks like the original cloud site (thelankankid.atlassian.net) has been deactivated and removed from our system since Nov. 2022.

It was deactivated and eventually canceled because the system detected there was no activity on the cloud site. I have also seen that the system has been sending emails to the listed email address when the Confluence site was created and the last email sent by our system was made on Sept. 2022

Under Track storage and move data across products it says Confluence sites on the Free plan will be deactivated after 120 days of inactivity.

Also mentioned in the page I linked is the data retention period which is 60 days - and in the case of your cloud site, we are no longer able to restore the original content of the site - it has been removed from our system.
