Hi,
Our Confluence Web site for our Wiki is very slow and on a regular basis stop working.
Our server is not using the totality of its resources, so it seems powerful enough.
Is it possible to get into a screen sharing call with one of your Confluence specialists?
The wiki website is slow and when we go to the remote desktop checking the logs, everything is slow.
The logs seem to confirm our thoughts :

Thank you,

Hi
https://confluence.atlassian.com/kb/best-practices-for-performance-troubleshooting-tools-652444218.html gives you some ideas on how to dig deeper on the problem (Threaddumps etc)
https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/troubleshooting-confluence-performance-issues-with-thread-dumps-688882387.html might also be helpful
Cheers
Kurt
