I'm trying to add html codes to the header, footer and Title page, as well as the CSS stylesheet in the Space setting, not globally. However, Confluence Cloud doesn't seem to be saving the codes properly.

Every time I save and refresh the PDF Export page, it seems to revert to my older codes, randomly too.

I have made iterations of the footer HTML codes. But when I run the PDF Export, the result is unpredictable, it would randomly select the previous versions.

What can I do to fix this?

Thank you.

Hi @Bambang Kusumo and welcome to the Community.

You can only modify CSS for PDF exports.

I've noticed that many users have been experiencing issues with exporting PDFs and getting unexpected results.

But if mods to your CSS code are not saved, then it's something that you should contact atlassian support with.

Fill in a couple of details and you should see the option to start a chat. I real person will connect and you'll be able to get help faster.

If you need customized (templatable) PDF, you can give a try to Scroll PDF Exporter app. It produces much better results than the stock PDF exporter.
