Page Properties Report has blank/missing output

See below and notice that REQ-4, 3 and 2 are all blank.  Req-1 and 31 are populated as they ALL are when shown outside the report.

I did copy from one space to another so that may have something to do with it.  The issue is the data is definetely populated in the new space in page properties - it just does NOT show in the page properties report.  I need an answer and quick on this as a demo is this week.

i have the same problem but for the fields that are custom.

fields like Author is already exist so it shows up straightaway

but new fields are not coming up
